How do I download purchased software?
Once your software order is processed, you will receive an email with the software download link and product license key. Follow the instructions provided on screen to install.

If you do not receive this email within 2 business days, please check your SPAM folder or contact our customer service via chat or at 800-910-2237.

Why did I receive multiple emails for my order?
You will receive emails including the order confirmation and shipping confirmation for any physical product orders. If your order contains both physical product(s) and software, you will also receive separate emails for the software purchase including product license key and invoices.
